Dhamar: Dhamar Governor Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti inaugurated the Ramadan charity kitchen implemented by the Social Solidarity Foundation, targeting the poorest families in Dhamar city during the month of Ramadan. During the inauguration, Al-Bukhaiti emphasized the importance of charitable projects in promoting the values of social solidarity and helping the needy, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Bukhaiti pointed out that the charitable kitchen prepares 2,000 meals daily, calling on all benefactors to contribute to the kitchen and expand the number of beneficiaries. Ahmed al-Dhourani, the mobilization official in the province, said that the charitable kitchen started five days ago by distributing food meals to the beneficiary families. He called for the adoption of such a project at the directorates level and touching the needs of the poor during the holy month.
Ibrahim al-Rasas, a representative of the Social Unit, explained that the charitable kitchen is implemented by the unit through the Social Solidarity Foundation as part of the “Feeding” project, noting that field teams are distributing meals to the beneficiaries in various sectors of the city.
