Discussing Executive Unit’s Activities for Construction & Maintenance of Roads in Mahwit

Mahwit: The Board of Directors of the Executive Unit for Projects and Road Maintenance in Al-Mahwit Province, chaired by Governor Haneen Qatina, convened to discuss the activities of the unit, evaluate the implementation level of ongoing projects, and outline future plans.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included several key figures such as Deputy Governor Abdulsalam Al-Dhumari, Director of the Finance Office Abdulrab Al-Maqdishi, Works Sector Officer Yahya Al-Qadi, and other board members. They collectively reviewed the obstacles hindering the unit’s performance and explored potential solutions to address these challenges.

Governor Qatina emphasized the local authority’s commitment to overcoming difficulties, supporting the executive unit’s management, and facilitating the assigned tasks. He also highlighted the importance of prioritizing the provision of necessary resources for project implementation across all directorates.

Engineer Mohammed Al-Qahtani, Director of the Executive Unit, presented an overview of the activities and projects executed by the local authority and those still underway. He elaborated on the challenges impacting the workflow and emphasized the unit’s need for additional equipment to enhance the construction and expansion of roads in the region. Al-Qahtani expressed gratitude for the province’s leadership’s support and their dedicated efforts to surmount the obstacles facing the unit’s operations.
