Discussion of Security Plan to Secure Mawlid al-Nabawi Event in Sa’ada

Sa'ada: The Security Committee in Saada Governorate, chaired by the Governor and Head of the Security Committee, Mohammed Jaber Awad, discussed today the security plan for securing the Mawlid al-Nabawi celebration.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included key figures such as the Director of the Security and Intelligence Service, Major General Mutlaq al-Marani; the Director of the Governorate's Security, Brigadier General Tariq al-Kurbi; the Assistant Commander of the Sixth Military Region, Brigadier General Ahmed al-Hashemi; and the Deputy Head of the Intelligence Division, Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Abdullah. They reviewed the security plan to ensure the event's safety and facilitate the movement of vehicles and delegations from various districts to the governorate center.

Governor Awad emphasized the necessity of preparation and readiness to secure the main venue, increase alert levels, and coordinate between security agencies and units. This coordination aims to organize the arrival, participation, and safe return of the attending crowds.

He commended the security services for their role in securing events, noting that this year's Mawlid al-Nabawi celebration is expected to be larger than previous ones. This requires security forces to enhance their efforts to ensure a successful event.

Brigadier General al-Kurbi highlighted the high readiness of security forces to maintain security and stability. He stressed the importance of coordination among security agencies to implement the security plan and manage traffic effectively, ensuring the celebration's success.
