Hajjah: A meeting held in Hajjah on Wednesday, chaired by the Undersecretary of the Governorate, Adel Shuli, discussed the tasks and responsibilities assigned to the main team of the Code of Job Conduct in the governorate, in line with the directives of the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included the head and members of the main team, who reviewed proposals to activate the team's activities and the Code of Conduct teams across all executive offices and government units. The meeting also focused on mechanisms to ensure continuous supervision and follow-up of their work.
It further reviewed procedural steps for launching the implementation of applied initiatives issued by the central team at the Ministry of Civil Service. These initiatives include the 'State Day in a Day' initiative, aimed at expediting citizens' transactions on the same day without delay, and simplifying procedures to prevent any loopholes that could lead to extortion.
Additionally, the meeting addressed the 'Role Model' initiative, which seeks to strengthen positive behavior and job commitment among administrative leaders. This initiative aims for these leaders to serve as exemplary models in performance and integrity. Another discussed initiative was the 'Rationalization of Office Supplies Use,' which aims to preserve public funds, reduce waste, and regulate the use of stationery and office materials to ensure efficient utilization.
In the meeting, Undersecretary Shuli emphasized the importance of a strong sense of responsibility in implementing tasks and initiatives in a way that consolidates integrity and accountability values, ultimately improving the level of services provided to the community.
