Sana'a: The unified work team of the Service Development and Procedures Simplification Committee at the Ministry of Oil and Minerals, led by Assistant Undersecretary for Minerals Affairs, Dr. Yahya Al-Ajjam, convened to discuss the team's workflow mechanism and explore strategies to enhance service quality and improve performance efficiency within the ministry and its affiliated units.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting focused on evaluating the progress made in service development and procedures simplification across several affiliated units. Key findings and observations were examined to refine performance mechanisms and facilitate services provided to citizens and beneficiaries.

The meeting also included a review and assessment of the procedural guide for the Yemen Oil Company. The aim was to enhance work mechanisms, standardize procedures, and improve service quality, in alignment with the ministry's ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional performance and simplify administrative procedures.

Dr. Al-Ajjam emphasized the significance of maintaining coordination among different working teams and intensifying efforts to complete evaluation and development tasks as per approved plans. This approach is intended to enhance service delivery and raise operational efficiency within the ministry and its affiliated units.
