Sana'a: An educational meeting was held today in Al-Sabeen District, Capital Sana'a, chaired by the First Deputy Secretary of the Capital, Khaled Al-Madani, to discuss mechanisms for activating the role of educational and mobilization teams in neighborhoods, and the implementation of programs and activities in schools.
According to Yemen News Agency, the First Deputy Secretary highlighted the importance of the educational sector as a fundamental pillar in building generations, entrenching awareness, and shaping the future. He commended the efforts and contributions of those working in the educational field in ensuring the success of the programs and events commemorating the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (Mawlid al-Nabawi).
He stressed the need to elevate the performance of educational and mobilization teams, expand their presence in following up on programs and activities at the neighborhood and school levels, to enhance the level of engagement and ensure the achievement of set goals. Deputy Al-Madani called for a sense of responsibility, strengthening connection to God, embodying patience and noble morals, good conduct, and working with a sincere and integrated spirit.
For his part, the head of the educational sector in the Secretariat, Abdulqader Al-Mahdi, urged the unification of efforts and wide engagement with educational and awareness programs and activities, and the activation of team performance in neighborhoods and schools in a more effective manner. He noted that continuous follow-up and accurate reporting contribute to revealing the reality of the work and measuring its impact, as well as investing the energies of youth and activating their positive presence.
Meanwhile, the Director of the Al-Sabeen Educational Zone, Taj Al-Din Al-Kabsi, reviewed the tasks of the educational teams, the mechanism for implementing work, and what has been accomplished during the past period. He considered the regularity of holding meetings as an important entry point for developing performance, enhancing the effectiveness of the teams, and the level of coordination and cooperation to help address difficulties.
The meeting, attended by the Deputy Director of the Educational Zone Ahmed Al-Mu'ayyad and the Head of School Activities Mohammed Al-Mutta', concluded with a number of recommendations to organize workflow, and the implementation of a training workshop for educational and mobilization teams in the neighborhoods on Wednesday and Thursday of the coming week, aimed at raising efficiency levels and enhancing field performance.
