Sanaa: The Legal Amendments Committee at the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Investment held a meeting on Wednesday chaired by Acting Minister of Economy, Industry and Investment, Sam Al-Bashiri. The meeting reviewed the level of implementation of the ministry's plan within the Cabinet's plan for the year 1447 AH, which includes amending a number of laws and regulations.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Acting Minister praised the efforts of the ministry's Legal Amendments Committee and the progress achieved in implementing the amendment projects. He stressed the importance of completing the required amendments according to the set timeline and submitting them to the Cabinet.
Al-Bashiri highlighted the importance of amendments to economic laws in strengthening government plans to improve the business environment, encourage investments across various sectors, and protect national capital. He emphasized that these changes are essential for keeping pace with local and global economic developments in a way that contributes to the growth of the national economy.
