Hodeida: The Hodeida Governorate Security Administration organized an extensive meeting today for the leadership of security agencies, headed by Governor Abdullah Atifi, to discuss mechanisms for improving security performance and providing the necessary resources to enhance the efficiency of work and ensure the completion of duties effectively.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included the Deputy Governor of the province, Mohammed Halesi, the Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier General Adnan Qaflah, and the Director of Security in the province, Major General Aziz Al-Jaradi. They addressed the progress of security agencies’ tasks, the Ramadan preparation plan for this year, and aspects related to enhancing the protection of public and private property and solidifying security and stability.
Governor Otifi praised the performance of security agencies and the efforts made to maintain security in the province. He highlighted the role of the security institution and the achievements it has made in confronting the aggression’s schemes over the past years, noting that the stability enjoyed by the free provinces is a testament to these accomplishments. Governor Atifi confirmed the provincial leadership’s commitment to supporting the security agencies’ efforts in carrying out their tasks and duties to the fullest.
Meanwhile, the Director of Human Resources emphasized that Hodeidah is Yemen’s gateway to the Red Sea, which receives attention from the leadership of the Ministry of Interior. He considered maintaining security a national and religious responsibility, pointing out that the enemy, which failed on the military front, is now targeting the security front, requiring vigilance and strengthening security readiness.
Brigadier General Qaflah confirmed the ministry’s attention to all security personnel, both officers and individuals, to ensure they carry out their tasks effectively. He stressed the importance of security personnel being capable of confronting any threats without leaving gaps that the enemy could exploit. He pointed out that the General Administration of Human Resources is working to complete all administrative procedures for Ministry of Interior members, focusing on improving their conditions and overcoming obstacles they face. He called for taking advantage of the blessed month of Ramadan to strengthen the connection with God and work diligently and sincerely to carry out all tasks.
The Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior stated that committees had been formed in the province to follow up on the completion of administrative procedures and address any obstacles. At the end of the meeting, which was attended by the Deputy Director of Security for the province, Colonel Sari Al-Maghrabi, the Assistant Directors of Security, Colonel Omar Al-Maqbali and Colonel Sadiq Tamash, the Director of Human Resources for the province, Colonel Tariq Jihaf, and several security leaders in the province, proposals from the Human Resources Directors of various departments were heard, and the importance of finding swift and effective solutions to all issues was emphasized.
