Discussion on Performance, Improvement of Medical Services at Maternity & Childhood Hospital in Amran

Amran: A meeting was held today at the Maternity and Childhood Hospital in Amran City, chaired by the First Deputy Governor of the province, Abdulaziz Abu Kharfasha, to discuss performance levels and the quality of medical and healthcare services provided to mothers and children.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included the hospital's director, Dr. Hadi Al-Hamzi, along with the medical and administrative staff, and addressed the importance of the hospital's role in caring for mothers and children. The facility serves as the specialized center for maternal and child health at the governorate level.

During the meeting, Deputy Governor Abu Kharfasha emphasized the necessity of enhancing and improving the quality of medical services offered to mothers and children. He commended the hospital's leadership and staff for their dedication to delivering healthcare services and alleviating citizens' suffering.

He also called for the optimal use of available resources to improve performance and ensure the provision of essential medical equipment and supplies, aiming to further enhance the quality of services delivered to mothers and children.
