Dr. Bin Habtour Honors Leadership of Military Hospital and Cardiac Center in Sana’a

Sana'a: Member of the Supreme Political Council, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtour, recognized the leadership of the Military Hospital and the Military Cardiac Center in Sana'a on Monday for their commitment to medical and humanitarian efforts in aiding patients and the wounded.

According to Yemen News Agency, the honorees included Dr. Abbas Najmuddin, director of the hospital; Brig. Ali Al-Shami, director of the center; Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Jaadi, Head of the Surgery Department; and Dr. Taha Al-Maimouni, Advisor to the Director of the Military Medical Services Department and Coordinator of the Yemeni Cardiology Fellowship. During the ceremony, Dr. bin Habtour expressed gratitude to all staff members for their dedication, especially during challenging times. He conveyed greetings from President Mahdi Al-Mashat, appreciating the institution's role in serving the Yemeni people.

Dr. bin Habtour highlighted the institution's impact beyond its geographical reach, serving patients from all governorates. He emphasized the competence of the hospital and center's medical staff, noting the international recognition of Yemeni doctors for their excellence. Yemeni doctors' achievements in education and research were also recognized by global academic institutions.

Dr. bin Habtour expressed gratitude for the hospital's services, acknowledging the immeasurable value of their work in saving lives and easing suffering. Despite challenges from aggression and blockade, Yemeni doctors continue to achieve medical advancements, contributing to the country's reputation.

He affirmed that those supporting the nation against aggressors deserve respect and appreciation, while those responsible for the people's suffering will face consequences. The scientific conferences organized by the hospital and center were praised for their contribution to academic and research development in the medical field.

Brig. Ali Al-Shami expressed gratitude to Dr. bin Habtour for his recognition of the center and hospital. He commended Dr. bin Habtour's career and dedication to Yemen, describing him as a symbol of wisdom and resilience, and thanked him for his ongoing support and collaboration with the hospital and center.
