Shabwa: An earthquake measuring 4.0 on the Richter scale struck 42 km southwest of Ataq in the Shabwa Governorate, as reported by the Earthquake and Volcano Monitoring Center.

According to Yemen News Agency, the head of the Earthquake and Volcano Monitoring Center, Engineer Mohammed Al-Houthi, stated that the tremor was recorded at 1:32 AM. The earthquake was felt by residents in the area, adding to concerns about seismic activity in the region.
