Economic Empowerment Projects Launched in Hodeidah for 175 Impoverished Families

Hodeidah: The General Authority for Zakat in Hodeidah Governorate launched economic empowerment projects today in the fields of livestock and fish production and beekeeping, benefiting 175 impoverished and most needy families in five districts.

According to Yemen News Agency, the projects, costing 255 million riyals, target eligible families in the districts of Al-Qanawis, Al-Zaydiyah, Al-Hujailah, Al-Luhayyah, and Az-Zuhrah. This initiative coincides with the commemoration of the Prophet's birthday for the year 1448 AH and is part of the Authority's charitable projects.
