Sana'a: The Ministry of Education and Scientific Research celebrated the occasion of Rajab Friday with a speech event held under the slogan 'Faith is Yemeni, and wisdom is Yemeni.' The event highlighted the significance of this occasion in the history of the Yemeni people and their response to the call of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.

According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hatem al-Duaiss, emphasized the greatness of the occasion and the testimony of the best of Allah's creation regarding the Yemenis. He quoted the saying, 'The people of Yemen have come to you; they are the most tender-hearted and softest in disposition. Faith is Yemeni, and wisdom is Yemeni.' Dr. Al-Duaiss noted that this has been embodied by Yemen's leadership and people in their stance toward the causes of the Ummah.

Dr. Al-Duaiss further highlighted the steadfast support for the brothers in Gaza and Palestine, reflecting the deeply rooted faith-based identity in the hearts of Yemenis. He described them as a model of determination, faith, and patience in the face of hardships, always ready to support truth and defend the Ummah and its sacred sites.

Additionally, Dr. Al-Duaiss addressed the challenges posed by global hegemonic powers aiming to separate the Ummah from its identity and beliefs. He warned of cultural and intellectual distortion projects that are more destructive than military wars, stressing that faith-based identity serves as a strong shield for protecting society and the Ummah.

Furthermore, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for the Basic Education Sector, Hadi Ammar, underscored the importance of commemorating this occasion. He emphasized strengthening adherence to faith-based identity and moral values in defense of Islam and the causes of the Ummah. Ammar also pointed to the honorable role of the Ansar in supporting the Noble Messenger, a legacy continued by their descendants who stand against global hegemonic powers and support their brothers in Gaza.
