Hajjah: The education sector in Hajjah governorate organized today a cultural event celebrating the Prophet's birthday anniversary, peace be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by the Director of the Grievances Redress Authority branch, Judge Abdul Majeed Sharaf al-Din, and the education sector official in the governorate, Ali Al-Qutayb. Al-Qutayb emphasized the significance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday, describing it as a faith-based occasion to renew loyalty and belonging to the Chosen One, peace be upon him and his family. He encouraged emulation of the Prophet's biography, virtues, character, and his stance in supporting the oppressed.
Al-Qutayb highlighted that the Prophet's birthday anniversary is a crucial and revered occasion within the Islamic nation and for the Yemeni people. The anniversary serves as a source of lessons and strengthens faith-based identity, as well as factors of steadfastness and resilience.
He also noted the distinction of Yemenis in commemorating the Prophet's birthday, expressing their dedication to celebrating this significant religious occasion with veneration for the Seal of the Prophets.
The event featured educational, mobilization, local, and social figures, and included a poetic recital and segments reflecting the importance of the occasion.
