Eid Clothing Exhibitions Open for Children of Martyrs and Missing in Amran

Amran: Eid clothing exhibitions have been inaugurated for the families and children of martyrs and missing persons, organized by the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families. The initiative aims to support over 8,000 sons and daughters of martyrs and missing persons across the governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, the opening ceremony was led by Amran Governor Dr. Faisal Ja'aman, with Deputy Governor Mohammed Al-Mutawakel in attendance. Governor Ja'aman emphasized the importance of supporting the families and children of martyrs as a token of appreciation for their sacrifices in defense of the homeland. He highlighted the necessity of backing the efforts of the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families in offering comprehensive support to these families, recognizing the sacrifices made by their relatives for dignity and honor.

Governor Ja'aman pointed out that the Eid clothing project serves as a humanitarian and social initiative designed to bring joy to the children of martyrs and the missing during the Eid holiday, while also alleviating their suffering amid the country's challenging circumstances. The project reflects values of solidarity and benevolence and embodies loyalty to the sacrifices of the martyrs who defended their homeland.

Deputy Head of the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families, Saleh Hamza, noted that the opening of these exhibitions is part of the Authority's ongoing projects to support martyrs' families. He emphasized that such initiatives demonstrate loyalty to their sacrifices and reaffirm the commitment to care for their children.

Director of the Authority's branch in the governorate, Ibrahim Al-Nono, explained that the project includes distributing both in-kind and cash clothing assistance, along with monthly allowances and food baskets. The support is facilitated through 21 exhibitions distributed across the governorate center and its districts to ensure assistance reaches all beneficiaries.
