Electricity Ministry Assesses Progress on 1447 AH Plan in Sana’a

Sana'a: The Ministry of Electricity, Energy, and Water convened a meeting in the capital to evaluate the progress of its strategic plan for the Hijri year 1447. The session, chaired by Minister Dr. Ali Saif, included Deputy Minister Adel Bader and representatives from the Prime Minister's Office.

According to Yemen News Agency, the discussions concentrated on aligning the Ministry's projects with government priorities and the 1447 AH plan specifications. The attendees reviewed the implementation of the emergency plan and the progress on current government priorities.

Minister Saif emphasized that the plan for 1447 AH incorporates key transformational projects designed to benefit citizens across various governorates by enhancing electricity generation capacity and water projects. He also addressed challenges posed by Zionist-American aggression on the electricity and water sectors and the Ministry's ongoing efforts to sustain services.

Deputy Minister Bader asserted that the plan aligns with the directives of the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council, and the Government of Change and Construction. Ali Al-Mutamayiz, Deputy Assistant Director of the Prime Minister's Office for the Planning Sector, praised the Ministry's progress in developing its plan and submitting it promptly, encouraging other ministries to follow this example.
