Endowments, Guidance Authority Opens Endowment Exhibition for Orphans’ Clothing

Sana'a: The Mufti of the Yemeni lands, Allamah Shamsuddin Sharafuddin, and the Chairman of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance, Allamah Abdulmajid Al-Houthi, inaugurated today at the Orphan Care Home in Sana'a the Endowment Exhibition for Orphans' Clothing, aimed at providing clothing for approximately 1,400 orphans, as part of the fifth phase of the project "And Cooperate in Righteousness and Piety" implemented by the Authority.

According to Yemen News Agency, the officials inspected the exhibition's contents and the clothing and supplies it provides to the beneficiary orphans. They emphasized the importance of endowment and humanitarian projects in enhancing social solidarity and caring for the most needy groups.

At the inauguration, the Deputy Chairman of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance, Dr. Fuad Naji, explained that the exhibition is part of the Authority's programs aimed at activating endowment channels and directing them toward serving society, caring for orphans, and addressing their needs, contributing to bringing joy and happiness to their hearts.

He noted that the exhibition targets 1,400 orphans by providing their clothing needs, within the framework of efforts to reinforce the values of solidarity, compassion, and cooperation in righteousness and piety.

Naji affirmed that the Authority's implementation of such projects embodies the social role of endowments, enhances their contribution to supporting needy families and vulnerable groups, and translates the purposes of endowments in serving society and achieving solidarity among its members.
