New york: European stock markets fell sharply on Friday, with indices recording weekly losses after fluctuations following the Zionist-American aggression on Iran, which led to a resumption of rising oil prices. The pan-European Stoxx 600 index fell by 1.10%, with most major exchanges and nearly all sectors recording negative performance.

According to Yemen News Agency, the German DAX index declined by 1.13%, closing the session at 23,547.51 points, while the British FTSE 100 index lost 1.02%, recording 44,152.26 points. Capital markets concluded a volatile week that witnessed widespread selling of assets following the Zionist-American aggression on Iran.

Last Saturday morning, America and the Zionist entity began a new aggression against Iran, which resulted in hundreds of civilian casualties and targeted schools, hospitals, mosques, and other capabilities of the Iranian people. In response to the aggression, Iran launched Operation "True Promise 4" against the Zionist entity and American bases in the region.
