Hajjah: The Dahr Abu Teir security area and the Security Directorate of Hajjah Governorate Center organized a cultural evening today commemorating the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and International Quds Day.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by the Deputy Governor, Adel Farhan, and the Director of Governorate Security, Brigadier Hassan Al-Qasimi. Brigadier Al-Qasimi reviewed the virtues of Imam Ali and his significant role in confronting the tyrants of Quraish, supporting the Messenger (peace be upon him and his family), and advancing Islam. He emphasized that commemorating this anniversary, coinciding with International Quds Day, serves as a faith-based occasion to evoke the spirit of jihad and martyrdom for the cause of God, and to renew allegiance to God, His noble Messenger, Imam Ali, the Ahl al-Bayt, and the flags of guidance.
Brigadier Al-Qasimi highlighted the importance of widespread participation in International Quds Day marches. He stated that such participation serves to affirm the steadfast position in support of the Palestinian cause and demonstrates solidarity with the brothers in Iran and Lebanon who are confronting Israeli-American actions with heroic resolve.
