Al-hudaydah: The Tax Office, along with the executive units for real estate income tax and major taxpayers, and the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs in Al-Hudaydah governorate, organized a cultural evening to commemorate the Prophet's birthday anniversary. The event was held under the slogan "At your service, O Messenger of Allah."
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Governor for Services Affairs, Mohammed Halisi, emphasized during the evening that the commemoration of the Prophet's birthday is a testament to adhering to the teachings of the revered Messenger, peace be upon him and his family. He highlighted the importance of deriving inspiration from the Prophet's life and values to confront challenges, marking the connection to the Messenger of Allah as a shield against cultural and intellectual challenges facing the nation.
Halisi further noted that the official and popular celebrations in Al-Hudaydah underscore a deep commitment to faith-based identity and underscore the significance of reverting to the teachings of the Quran and the Prophet as a means to counteract regional forces of arrogance and their influences.
The event was attended by local and executive leaders, department directors, and staff from the Tax Office and executive units. It featured religious chants and poems that extolled the virtues of the revered Messenger.
