Sana'a: The Ministry of Education and Scientific Research today announced the schedules for the second-round 'make-up' examinations for general secondary school students in the science and arts sections for the 1447 AH academic year (2025/2026).
According to Yemen News Agency, Acting Deputy Minister for the Curriculum and Education Planning Sector and member of the Higher Examination Committee, Hamid Ghathaya, stated that the make-up examinations for general secondary school students in both sections will commence on Saturday, Rabi' al-Awwal 2, which corresponds to August 15. Students whose names are assigned to the examination center at Sana'a University will be organized into different examination sessions, details of which will be announced separately.
Ghathaya emphasized the importance of students arriving one hour prior to their assigned sessions. He also advised that bringing mobile phones to the examination center is strictly prohibited. Any student found with a mobile phone risks confiscation of the device and being barred from taking the relevant subject examination.
He further encouraged students to dedicate themselves to studying and reviewing their lessons thoroughly to ensure success in the examinations, extending his best wishes for their success and good luck.
