Al-hodeidah: A speech evening was held yesterday in Al-Jarahi District for the residents of Hays and Al-Khokha districts to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Shura Council member Ibrahim Aidrous. The Governor's Deputy for Services Affairs, Mohammed Huleisi, described the evening as a reflection of the deep bond between the Yemeni people and the Messenger of Allah. He noted it as a manifestation of the greatness of this unifying occasion, which strengthens social cohesion and resilience.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Scholars and Educated Unit in the governorate, Sheikh Ali Somel, highlighted that celebrating this occasion reflects adherence to the prophetic guidance and the Muhammadan values of mercy, unity, and brotherhood. He emphasized that Yemenis renew their commitment to following the path of the Prophet on this anniversary.
Marwan Mohammed, Director of Hays District, noted that the wide participation demonstrates the community's deep devotion to the Messenger of the Nation and the residents' keenness to honor the occasion in a manner befitting its significance.
Similarly, Amjad Al-Amisi, Director of Al-Khokha District, stated that commemorating the birth of the Seal of the Prophets is a message of loyalty from the people of both districts to the leader of humanity and teacher of mankind. He added that it is a testament to their steadfastness and solidarity in the face of all challenges confronting the nation.
