Hodeida: The Women's Authority in Hodeida organized a cultural evening to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) under the slogan "By the Lord of the Kaaba, I have won!"
According to Yemen News Agency, the evening's segments and speeches, attended by women from the districts of Al Mina, Al Hawak, and Al Hali, focused on the status of Imam Ali (may Allah honor his face) and his virtues in confronting the forces of falsehood.
They addressed the importance of remembering the symbols of the nation and Islam, their achievements in rectifying the nation's situation, and the call to embody the principles and values of Islam.
They urged emulation of Imam Ali's life and reflection on the details of his approach and ethics. To draw inspiration from piety, knowledge, and the love of jihad, and to stand against the tyrants of oppression, highlighting the importance of raising awareness to learn from the lives of great figures like Imam Ali, his courage, forbearance, knowledge, and patience.
The evening's speeches indicated that commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Ali (may Allah honor his face) reinforces the meaning of sacrifice in people's hearts to break free from the state of subjugation in which the nation lives, and to support the religion of Allah.
