Hajjah: The Women Students Sector at Hajjah University organized an event to commemorate the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, highlighting the role and status of Yemeni women. The event was attended by University Vice President Dr. Humair Al-Awar and Assistant University President for Student Affairs Dr. Mustafa Al-Hamzi. Deputy Governor's Mobilization Official Abdullah Shaem underscored the importance of commemorating the occasion as a spiritual opportunity to draw lessons from the life of the Prophet Muhammad.
According to Yemen News Agency, the university's celebration would contribute to strengthening faith-based identity, reinforcing the Prophet's values, and instilling them among female students. Student Dania Al-Hadrami noted that the occasion provided an opportunity to showcase students' talents and creativity in support of religious and national causes, expressing their love for the Prophet through work and service.
Samah Qashwah delivered a speech on behalf of participants in the 'Great Prophet Bazaar,' saying the bazaar reflected Yemeni women's deep connection to religious and national values through its products and handicrafts, which showcased faith-based identity and creativity. She commended the university for hosting the bazaar for productive families and for its continued support of student activities and efforts to highlight women's active role in society.
