Amran: The branch of the General Authority for Water Resources and Facilities, the Agriculture Sector, and the branch of the General Corporation for Agricultural Services in Amran Governorate organized today a speech event commemorating the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (Mawlid al-Nabawi) for the year 1448 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by the Deputy Governors Abdulaziz Abu Kharfashah. The Deputy of the Authority for Water Resources and Facilities, Engineer Abdulkarim Al-Sufyani, considered the commemoration of the Mawlid al-Nabawi an opportunity to strengthen faith-based identity and entrench noble values and principles within the community.
He noted that celebrating this great religious occasion comes to recall the greatness of the character of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and the unique model he represented in leadership, wisdom, patience, steadfastness, and support for the oppressed.
The event, attended by a number of directors general and local and executive leaders, featured chanting segments and poetic recitals expressing the greatness of the occasion.
