Sanaa: The Local Water and Sanitation Corporation in Hajjah Governorate organized today a speech event commemorating the martyrdom of Imams Hussein and Zaid (peace be upon them).
According to Yemen News Agency, during the event, the Deputy Governor, Adel Shali, highlighted the commemoration as a moment to reflect on the values of sacrifice, redemption, resistance against tyranny, and the uplifting of Islamic principles. He emphasized that Imams Hussein and Zaid (peace be upon them) stood to correct the Islamic nation's path, bolster the religion, and restore the true prophetic message of their ancestors, aiming to achieve justice for the oppressed and marginalized.
Shali further remarked on the importance of the revolutionary acts of the two Imams (peace be upon them) in challenging injustice and tyranny, which have helped illuminate the deviations of the nation from its rightful course. He stressed the importance of learning from the lives of the Imams, who are descendants of the Greatest Messenger, as a way to guide current and future generations along the correct path.
