Sana'a: The judiciary organized a speech event in Sana'a on the occasion of the Rajab Friday holiday 1447 AH, reaffirming the significance of the Islamization of the Yemenis. The event emphasized the sincerity of faith and the purity of innate nature, while reviving the occasion as a moment to renew commitment to the faith-based identity in both word and behavior.
According to Yemen News Agency, speakers at the event stressed that the faith-based identity is a guiding principle, tested through various stances and manifested in confronting attempts to target creed and identity. The attendees highlighted the special status of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib in the consciousness of the Yemenis, while underscoring lessons from Rajab Friday that emphasize faith as a responsibility that demands steadfastness and the readiness to confront challenges.
The event also acknowledged the Yemeni support for the Palestinian cause and Gaza, as well as their opposition to conspiracies targeting the region. It was noted that the faith-based identity serves as the primary motivation for these stances. The event witnessed participation from leaders and members of the Supreme Judicial Council, the Public Prosecution, the Ministry of Justice, and other judicial and rights bodies.
