Sana'a: Events, cultural evenings, and celebratory activities marking the Prophet Muhammad's birthday continue in Jihanah District, Sana'a Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the village of Qawel in Wadi Marhab hosted a cultural evening attended by Initiatives Department Director Saleh Al-Athami, mobilization official Adel Awfan, and several educational, mobilization, and social figures. Scholar Mohammed Al-Hadi highlighted the importance of commemorating the occasion to strengthen the Ummah's connection with the Prophet and follow his example. He also reviewed conditions before the Prophet's mission, key aspects of his life, and biography.
Similarly, the village of Al-Hajlah in Maswar hosted a cultural evening attended by social, educational, and mobilization representatives, as well as local dignitaries. Speakers stressed that celebrating the Prophet's birthday reflects a renewed practical commitment to the Prophet and that rejoicing in his message of guidance and mercy represents an expression of faith and loyalty.
Celebratory events continue across the district's villages ahead of the central celebration scheduled for Rabi' al-Awwal 12 in the capital, Sana'a.
