Hodeidah: Several government institutions and agencies in Hodeidah Governorate organized speech events to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.
According to Yemen News Agency, the events featured speeches and discussions emphasizing the significance of the occasion. The First Deputy Governor, Ahmed Al-Bishri, highlighted that commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussein embodies the Yemeni people's connection to him as a symbol of freedom and dignity. Al-Bishri noted that this commemoration also represents a rejection of humiliation and subservience.
