Expanded Meeting of Tourism Sector in Ibb Prepares for Ramadan Program

Ibb: The Tourism Sector, in coordination with the Criminal Investigation Department of Ibb Governorate, organized an expanded meeting on Wednesday for owners and managers of tourist establishments to prepare for the upcoming Ramadan program and the arrival of the holy month. The meeting was attended by key figures, including the Governorate's Tourism Sector Deputy, Harith Al-Maliki, and General Mobilization Officer Abdul-Fattah Ghallab.

According to Yemen News Agency, General Mobilization Officer Abdul-Fattah Ghallab emphasized the importance of early preparation and spiritual readiness for Ramadan, describing it as an opportunity for soul purification and moral and spiritual growth. He discussed the spiritual, health, humanitarian, and educational objectives of Ramadan, underscoring the need to strengthen one's connection with God through worship, good deeds, charity, and benevolence. Ghallab highlighted the importance of cultural, charitable, and humanitarian activities during Ramadan to serve people and society.

Ghallab further explained the significance of the Ramadan program in intensifying religious awareness and ensuring the implementation of activities that achieve spiritual, national, social, and ethical goals. He noted the importance of listening to Ramadan lectures by the Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, and countering the 'soft war' targeting the faith-based identity.

Meanwhile, Ghanem Awsaj, the governorate's Tourism Sector Officer, elaborated on the Ramadan program and its activities as part of the local authority's plan to welcome the holy month. He stressed the importance of mental and practical readiness for Ramadan, reinforcing adherence to God's guidance, and strengthening faith-based identity and Qur'anic culture. Awsaj highlighted the significance of using the holy month to refine one's soul and promote values of compassion and solidarity with vulnerable groups in society.

Awsaj urged participants to seize the holy month to gain God's guidance, revive spiritual and jihadist morale, and engage in good deeds. He called on all participants to adhere to the Ramadan program, ensuring the successful implementation of directives issued by the office and its branches in the districts.
