Amran: The Public Prosecution in Amran Governorate released 231 prisoners from the central prison, pretrial detention, district prisons, and police stations.
According to Yemen News Agency, the head of the governorate's Appeals Prosecution, Judge Hadi Ayda, stated that the release procedures were carried out during his and his deputies' inspection visits to the prisons. These visits were aimed at reviewing cases eligible for release, following directives from the Leader of the Revolution, the President of the Supreme Political Council, and the Attorney General on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
