Expanded Meeting with Traders in New Sana’a District for Prophet’s Birthday Preparations

Sana'a: The Office of Economy, Industry, and Investment in New Sana'a District, in coordination with the Governorate's Office of Economy, organized an expanded meeting with traders in the district as part of preparations for the celebration of the Prophet's Birthday anniversary.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by members of the ministerial committee tasked with mobilization for the Mawlid al-Nabawi events in the district. Key figures included Ambassadors at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Marsh, Mutahar Shaker, Mohammed Al-Usta, Mohammed Al-Jaifi, Dr. Abdulrahman Mani', and Advisor Saleh Al-Busheiri. The meeting highlighted the important role of the private sector in commemorating this occasion in a manner befitting the status of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.

Ambassador Abdulrazzaq Al-Ansi, Governorate Economy Office Director Fahd Al-Ghorbani, and District Director Abdullah Al-Marouni emphasized the role of the private sector during this religious occasion. They discussed initiatives such as charitable works, consumer discounts for citizens, and contributions to supplying food baskets to the poor. These efforts aim to emulate the teachings of the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family.

The meeting also stressed the importance of uniting efforts, participating actively in evening gatherings and celebratory events, showcasing public joy for the occasion, and mobilizing for the central event on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal.

District Economy Office Director Ibrahim Al-Salmi highlighted the importance of following the example of the noble Prophet in all aspects of life, particularly by increasing charitable works, extending kindness, and caring for the conditions of impoverished families.
