Sana'a: Several villages and sub-districts across Ibb governorate held events commemorating the birthday of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family. The celebrations took place on Tuesday in various locations including Thawabi sub-district in Jiblah district, al-Fath School in Shu'bah village of Hazm al-Udain, the Eastern Square in Rural Ibb, Bani Saif al-Aali area in al-Qafr district, and Jiblah city and Suhul Bani Suwad in Rural Ibb.
According to Yemen News Agency, these events featured speeches that emphasized the significance of celebrating the Prophet's birthday as an embodiment of the religious identity of the Yemeni people and their enduring connection to the Prophet and his family. The gatherings served as an opportunity to reflect on lessons from the Prophet's life and jihad, recalling his historical struggle to spread Islam and the Yemenis' longstanding role in supporting the religion and defending its values.
