Ibb: An expanded tribal meeting was held for the residents of Al-Siyani and Dhi As-Sufal districts in Ibb Governorate, chaired by the Minister of Education Hassan Al-Sa'adi and the Governor of Ibb Abdulwahid Salah, to discuss arrangements and preparations for commemorating the Mawlid al-Nabawi, and to enhance cohesion and unity in facing current challenges.
According to Yemen News Agency, Minister Al-Sa'adi affirmed that commemorating the Mawlid is a unifying occasion to recall the Prophet's biography and the values of guidance, mercy, and justice, calling for making it a station to enhance awareness and adherence to prophetic values, and stressing the importance of accompanying events with awareness programs to protect youth and entrench identity.
For his part, Governor Salah emphasized the importance of investing in the occasion to strengthen social cohesion and entrench the values of solidarity and cooperation, calling for unified efforts to ensure the success of the events.
The General Mobilization official stressed the importance of active participation by the residents of the two districts in the preparations, and the integration of efforts among community, tribal committees, and the local authority to organize events and enhance organized public attendance.
Participants, including sheikhs and dignitaries, expressed their readiness for active participation, affirming the importance of enhancing cohesion and unifying efforts to ensure the success of the events in a manner befitting the significance of the occasion.
