According to Yemen News Agency, Minister Amer and the military leaders assured the crew of their safety and emphasized Yemen's commitment to treating them as guests. The minister highlighted the importance of seeing all individuals as human beings without discrimination, in line with directives from the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
Minister Amer remarked that the crew's rescue and medical care align with leadership priorities on human dignity. He compared the crew's plight to that of the Palestinian people in Gaza, victims of what he described as global arrogance and expansionist ambitions.
The discussion also touched on the dire situation in Gaza, with Minister Amer noting the suffering caused by military force and blockade. He contrasted the Yemeni Armed Forces' humane treatment of the crew with the actions of Zionists, emphasizing the significant difference in human values.
Minister Amer highlighted the unprecedented attention given by Yemeni military leaders to the rescued crew, reflecting Yemen's global approach. He reassured the crew of continued care, acknowledging their ordeal and exploitation.
