Bayda: Governor of Bayda Abdullah Idris on Monday launched the distribution of cash assistance to people with disabilities in the city, as part of an economic empowerment project funded by the ICRC and implemented by the Yemeni Red Crescent.
According to Yemen News Agency, the initiative targets 51 beneficiaries through small business grants totaling 33.915 million Yemeni riyals. Governor Idris praised the effort and urged greater humanitarian support for the province, which has long been deprived of development and service projects.
