Sana'a: The Foreign Affairs Ministry and Expatriates affirmed on Friday that the great mujahid leader Yahya al-Sinwar has become an icon of resistance and steadfastness and will remain immortalized in the memory of generations.
According to Yemen News Agency, the ministry issued a statement on the first anniversary of the assassination of Yahya al-Sinwar, highlighting his life filled with jihad, bravery, and resistance against the Zionist occupier. The ministry praised al-Sinwar for setting examples of courage, steadfastness, and resilience.
The statement further noted that despite sacrifices, Hamas has triumphed and will continue to do so, emphasizing that the occupation will end. It asserted that the martyrdom of resistance leaders like al-Sinwar will only strengthen their resolve and commitment to restoring legitimate Palestinian rights.
Moreover, the ministry reiterated the unwavering support of the Republic of Yemen-its leadership, government, and people-for the Palestinian people and their just cause.
