Foreign Ministry: Saudi Regime Has Declared War on Yemen, Must Bear Full Responsibility

Sana'a: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed on Monday that in an unprecedented move, the criminal Saudi regime bombed Sana'a Airport thereby ending the de-escalation and ceasefire phase and declaring the start of war. It must bear full responsibility for this and any consequences of this criminal act.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry explained that the criminal Saudi regime has worked throughout the past years, since the beginning of the declared de-escalation, to tighten the noose intensify the blockade, and wage a comprehensive economic war in an attempt to subjugate and force the Yemeni people to their knees in service of the Zionists.

The statement said, "With this criminal step, we begin a new phase, relying on Allah Almighty to reclaim our rights in full and without compromise. The Saudi regime will discover that it has put itself in a major strategic predicament and will pay a heavy price as a result as Allah Almighty said 'So whoever transgresses against you then transgress against him in the same way that he transgressed against you. And fear Allah and know that Allah is with the righteous.' Allah Almighty has spoken the truth."
