Bani sa'ad: The bodies of two martyrs, Ahmed Saleh Saleh Al-Sharasi from Al-Wahawih Subdistrict and Riyadh Ibrahim Hassan Abdo Al-Houd from Bani Al-Shadid Subdistrict, were laid to rest on Wednesday in Bani Sa'ad district of Al-Mahwit governorate. Both men were martyred while performing their duty to defend the homeland.
According to Yemen News Agency, the funeral procession was led by Governorate Undersecretary Mohammed Al-Basal and Governorate Advisor Ismail Al-Atmi, along with local and military officials and prominent community figures. Mourners paid tribute to the sacrifices made by the two martyrs, honoring their steadfastness and the dedication they demonstrated in the cause of God and the defense of the nation.
Participants affirmed that the martyrs' sacrifices would remain etched in the memories and hearts of the local community, reflecting the values of steadfastness, sacrifice, and selflessness they embodied. They pledged to honor the martyrs' blood and to continue following in their footsteps through service to the nation.
The bodies of the two martyrs were laid to rest at the Martyrs' Cemetery in Bani Sa'd District, amidst an official and public turnout.
