Hodeida: A funeral procession was held today in Al-Marawiah district of Hodeida province for Mohammed Darwish Ibrahim Hassan Abdullah, who was martyred while carrying out his duty in defense of the homeland.
According to Yemen News Agency, the funeral was attended by the district's director Abdullah Al-Marouni, along with local, military and mobilization officials and social figures. Hundreds of mourners praised the sacrifices of those martyred in defense of the homeland, stressing that their sacrifices would remain a source of inspiration for future generations.
The mourners expressed that the sacrifices had brought pride and victory by breaking the strength of the aggression and its tools and thwarting its conspiratorial plans aimed at undermining the country's security and sovereignty. The martyred was laid to rest in the Martyrs' Cemetery in the district following prayers, in the presence of officials and local residents.
