Marib: First Deputy Governor of Marib, Mohammed Alwan, and Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Ali Hadban, honored the teams from Marib city that participated in the Martyr Al-Sammad Cup, organized by the Governorate's School for Gifted Students. The Gaza team emerged victorious in the final match against the Al-Sarkha team, securing an 8-5 win.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the ceremony, Hadban and Alwan praised both teams for their performance and the high level of play they demonstrated. They highlighted the significance of supporting sports teams and organizing such competitions, which serve to commemorate the legacy, dedication, and sacrifices of Martyr Al-Sammad.
