Mahweet: Mahweet governor Hanin Qatina inspected the progress of the western ring road project in al-Rujum district on Thursday.
According to Yemen News Agency, Qatina received a briefing from the Director of the Roads Construction and Maintenance Executive Unit, Engineer Ahmed al-Yana'i, regarding the project's implementation phases, level of completion, and its role in improving transportation, reducing traffic congestion, and serving citizens in the district and surrounding areas.
The governor emphasized the need to intensify efforts and adhere to the technical specifications and established timeline, which will contribute to local development and improve the district's infrastructure. He urged the implementing and supervising authorities to overcome any obstacles on the ground and work to complete the project as soon as possible, given its importance in serving citizens, facilitating transportation, and reducing distances between villages and neighboring areas.
