General Authority for Antiquities and Museums Hosts Photo Exhibition on Damaged Historical Sites

Sana'a: The General Authority for Antiquities and Museums organized an exhibition showcasing photographs of archaeological and historical sites and landmarks affected by recent aggressions. This event took place at the National Museum in observance of International Museum Day, celebrated on May 18th annually.

According to Yemen News Agency, the exhibition featured several sections with images depicting both the complete and partial destruction of museums, archaeological sites, and historical landmarks across various governorates. These damages resulted from the American-Zionist-Saudi-Emirati aggression, with the National Museum being one of the latest targets.

The exhibition aimed to highlight the cultural and historical losses suffered due to these aggressions, emphasizing the importance of preserving heritage sites.
