Sana'a: Researcher Ghamdan Abduh Hizam Mahan was awarded on Monday an Executive Master's degree in Public Administration from Sana'a University with distinction for his thesis entitled 'The Role of Implementing Total Quality Management Principles in Institutional Performance at the Tax Authority.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussion and evaluation committee, chaired by Dr. Ahmed Al-Shami as the internal examiner, with membership of Dr. Zaid Ali Al-Manzou' as the external examiner, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Ja'dabi as the supervisor, praised the thesis for its content. The committee highlighted the developmental plan presented in the thesis regarding the role of Total Quality Management principles in enhancing institutional performance and emphasized the importance of applying them at the Tax Authority in the Republic of Yemen.
The defense was attended by the Deputy Director of the Tax and Customs Authority, Adnan Al-Ghafari; the Assistant Deputy for Information and Control, Ibrahim Al-Yousfi; and several general directors from the Authority.
