Sana'a: Gold prices fell below $4,000 an ounce on Tuesday, as demand for the commodity declined. Spot gold recorded a decrease of 2.9%, bringing the price to $3,991.39 an ounce. Meanwhile, US gold futures experienced a drop of 3.2%, settling at $4,005.70 an ounce. According to Yemen News Agency, other precious metals also experienced a decrease in prices. Spot silver fell by 4% to $46.65 an ounce. Platinum saw a decline of 1.1%, reaching $1,588.71 an ounce, and palladium decreased by 1.6%, with its price at $1,405.56 an ounce.
