Sana'a: Gold prices hit a record high on Tuesday, supported by a weaker dollar ahead of the US Federal Reserve's meeting this week amid widespread expectations of an interest rate cut. Spot gold rose 0.1% to $3,683.11 per ounce, after hitting an all-time high of $3,689.27 earlier in the session.

According to Yemen News Agency, other precious metals also experienced movements in their prices. Spot silver remained steady at $42.71 per ounce, while platinum saw a slight decline of 0.1% to $1,399.40. Palladium, on the other hand, experienced an increase of 0.4%, reaching $1,188.59 per ounce. The fluctuations in these metals are closely watched by investors as they navigate the financial markets amidst ongoing economic developments.
