Sana'a: Governor Abdulwahab Salah inaugurated the Martyred Leader Cardiac Center at Al-Thawra Hospital, which was established with 800 million Yemeni riyals in self-funding. In addition, he launched new hospital departments valued at 1,396 million riyals, including facilities for endoscopic surgery, gastrointestinal endoscopy, and financial and administrative systems.
According to Yemen News Agency, the governor also inspected the drug warehouse rehabilitation project at the Health Office, which is funded by UNOPS with an allocation of $750,000. The project is currently 40% complete and focuses on enhancing infrastructure with modern energy, security, and monitoring systems.
Governor Salah highlighted the significance of these projects in improving healthcare services and alleviating the suffering of patients in the region.
