Governor of Al Bayda Honors Sanitation Workers on International Workers’ Day

Al bayda: The Governor of Al Bayda, Abdullah Idris, today honored the Executive Director of the Cleaning and Improvement Fund, Engineer Mohammed Jamal, and sanitation workers on the occasion of International Workers' Day.

According to Yemen News Agency, the honoring ceremony was attended by the Deputy Governor Abdullah Al Jamali. Governor Idris emphasized that the working class is the main force in building and advancing the nation through their efforts, ideas, and creativity in various fields. He stressed that this group deserves attention from both the state and society.

Governor Idris highlighted the resilience of Yemeni workers over the past years, stating that they have demonstrated to the world that the Yemeni spirit is invincible, regardless of the challenges and adversaries faced. He extended his congratulations to all workers on their International Day, particularly praising sanitation workers for their unwavering dedication, which he likened to a beautiful painting in urban landscapes. He commended their efforts and compared their contributions to those stationed on the frontlines.

Additionally, Governor Idris encouraged the fund's leadership and members to intensify their efforts in maintaining public cleanliness and improving performance, noting the significant developments made during the current year.

In response, the Executive Director of the Fund expressed appreciation for the recognition from the provincial leadership. He noted that this acknowledgment serves as a vital motivation for sanitation workers to increase their efforts in the field and enhance performance across various districts.
