Muscat: The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources honored on Sunday the former Deputy Minister for Land Reclamation and Water Resources Sector, Abbas Heba.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the ceremony, Acting Minister Amar al-Karim praised Heba's role and his contributions to land reclamation and water resource development despite the challenges and difficult circumstances. He emphasized the importance of continuing teamwork to enhance institutional performance and develop sector programs and projects that support agricultural and water development, ensuring the optimal use of available resources. He also extended his best wishes to the newly appointed Deputy Minister, Ali Qadi, for success in his duties.
For his part, the former deputy expressed his appreciation for this gesture, which reflects the ministry's recognition of its staff and their efforts.
