Hajjah:Governor Hilal Al-Sufi conducted a comprehensive review of operations at the Bani Qais District Local Council.
According to Yemen News Agency, during his visit, Governor Al-Sufi received briefings from District Director Hassan Al-Ashwal and Local Council Secretary-General Ahmed Al-Shamri. They discussed administrative and service operations, as well as ongoing maintenance and improvements at the Local Council building.
Governor Al-Sufi highlighted the importance of the Local Council and the Executive Office in serving citizens, addressing their needs, and overcoming challenges. He stressed the need for increased efforts and community initiatives as essential elements for local development, pledging support for the district's service project needs within available resources.
The Governor emphasized the need for workplace discipline and performance improvement to enhance services for citizens. He also called for better coordination between the Local Council and relevant authorities to effectively serve the district's residents.
District Director Al-Ashwal expressed appreciation for the Governor's visit and commitment to the district's progress. He assured that the Local Council would work to implement directives aimed at driving development and improving services.
Governor Al-Sufi was joined by the directors of the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Authority, Mohammed Al-Qadami, and the Information Office, Ibrahim Hashim. He also visited the security checkpoint in the Al-Lawha area, inspecting security operations and personnel readiness.
The Governor commended the security personnel for their vigilance and discipline, emphasizing the role of security as the foundation of development and stability.
